I'm using this product to control my blood pressure so that I can stay off of prescription medication. I'll be opening my 3rd bottle soon. So far, my BP is in normal range and just had labs done and my cholesteral was 165....normally it ran 212. The ldl and hdl was normal too. I'm very pleased with this product and will continue to take it. | |
